Jay-Z, 99 Problems. I'm not so sure he's got the Belton rule right, but Holy Mother of God, this is one blistering, hilarious track. I never paid much attention to him or to the claims that he's the Greatest of All Time, but this is a big point in his favor. I had this on repeat for about an hour today.
