this clip has generated a lot of notice on the internets. But the focus has been on the dimwittedness of the "substance" of W's answer. Granted, it is pretty stoopid. But following up on something I posted a few days ago, check out his body language. Is this like the last place on earth he'd like to be, or what? The man is just not comfortable in his own skin, let alone with the notion that he's the duly-elected preznit of the 'merkin peoples.
