Strangers With Candy. This never completely worked when it was a TV show, and it didn't completely work as a movie, either. The biggest problem is that the main character isn't strong enough, and doesn't have a specific nemesis to play against. Still, it had a few laffs. The best thing I've encountered from the Sedaris-Colbert-Dinello team is Wigfield, a book they did a few years ago. They will hit upon a real winner sooner or later, unless Colbert is too busy with his Report.
